- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., ID Cards, Business Cards, Letterheads, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
1.2 Services
- For services such as logo design, graphic design, binding, lamination, etc.:
- If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us immediately at info@msgrafix.com to discuss your concerns.
- Refunds for services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue and the stage of completion.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us:
- Email us at info@msgrafix.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or incorrect product (if applicable).
- Return Authorization:
- We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is approved.
- Do not return any product without an RAN, as it will not be accepted.
- Pack and Ship:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include all accessories, labels, and tags.

- Return Shipping Costs:
